What is my ideal Weight? When have I reached it?

An ideal weight means that you are full of energy, vital and your metabolism is running high. It is usually within the normal BMI range and varies slightly for each person. The goal is not size zero, but a weight which you feel fully comfortable and light with.

How does one lose weight with intuitive eating?

There have been multiple studies which prove that diets don't work. One claiming that even 90% of diets fail. 

When we eat intuitively, we free ourselves from all diet rules and restrictions. You will learn to get back in tune with your bodies own hunger and satiety signals and to consciously feel them. As a result, the (emotional) binge eating and cravings subside and you stop eating when you are comfortably full.

You work with your body again and not against it, so that you not only reach your comfortable weight, but also maintain it permanently.

I feel stressed. Can this Programm help me? 

In the Audios we focus on stress reducing methods and our main philosophy is finding relaxation in losing weight. Learning how to be mindful  can also help in other areas of everyday life.

I have already tried to eat intuitively , why should it work now?

In order to really start eating intuitively, you need to learn how to listen to your body and let go of old habits. This can only work by going deep into the subconscious with the daily Mind Training Audios.

What if I don't like the Program? 

If after the second session you feel like it is not for you, you will be able to get a refund.

I have tried multiple diets without success. What's different with this programm?

This is not a diet!

Quite the opposite: We are committed to an “anti-diet” program.

 

There are no rules and there are no calorie counting, food bans or nutrition plans. Instead, you trust your body's own hunger and satiety signals again.

I am a busy person, will I have time to do this one month Program?

The Program consists of 1 hr weekly online classes and a daily audio of 15 min. which is usually listend to before bed or after waking up.

How much does the Program cost?

The first Session is free and you are able to see if you are interested.

 

The Program consists of 4 x 1 hour online sessions over the course of a month. You will practice daily exercises and will always be able to reach out to me if you need further guidance. 

The full price for these four weeks of training is £185.
